Introduction

Acceptance of Terms: Welcome to BluntHead Club, a private membership organization. By accessing, registering, or using any services provided by BluntHead Club ("We", "Us", "Our"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Agreement"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the services offered by the BluntHead Club.
Modification: BluntHead Club reserves the right to change, modify, or revise these terms at any time. Your continued usage of our services after such changes will signify your acceptance of the revised terms.

Eligibility: Membership is by invitation and/or application only. All members must be at least 18 years old to participate.
Privacy: Membership information is strictly confidential and not for public or individual dissemination outside of the BluntHead Club ecosystem.
Termination: BluntHead Club reserves the right to terminate memberships at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates this Agreement or is harmful to other members, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

Data Protection: All personal data is securely stored and will only be used for the operation of BluntHead Club services. Unauthorized disclosure of any member data is strictly prohibited.
Intellectual Property: Any and all content provided by BluntHead Club is our exclusive property and cannot be used without explicit permission.
Non-Disclosure: All members are obliged to maintain the confidentiality of information obtained through their membership. Divulging any confidential information to third parties is a breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate termination.

Indemnification: Members agree to indemnify and hold harmless BluntHead Club, its officers, directors, and employees, from and against any and all liability, loss, claims, damages, costs, and/or actions (including attorneys' fees) arising from their use of the BluntHead Club services.
Disclaimer: BluntHead Club provides all services "as is" and disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, as to the accuracy, legality, reliability, or validity of any content on any other site.

Jurisdiction: This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
Arbitration: Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration under the rules and auspices of the American Arbitration Association, to be held in Kansas, with a written decision and legal reasoning to be provided by the arbitrator(s).

Acceptance: By using BluntHead Club services, you acknowledge that you have read these terms and conditions, and agree to abide by them.
